Memorial Day Weekend!

Memorial Day was definitely something to remember! We started our trip going through a snow storm...remember this is the end of May! After reaching our destination of Waterflow, NM we only thought it would warm up. No such luck, the whole weekend was windy, rainy and did I mention COLD! Coming from 100 degree weather we were not prepared in the clothes department. It was suppose to be at least in the 70's. O'well it was a good excuse to go shopping. Aside from the weather being unseasonably cold, we had a GREAT time visiting family and friends. My niece Kimberly graduated from High School, we are really proud of her! It was also an exciting time for Don's parents, we celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary!! Whoo...Hoo!! Way to go!! That is a wonderful accomplishment!
